I guess I did notice that the other day, I was at a bar with a client and they were clearly training newbies and were behind schedule. The manager was rushing around like a headless chicken and a newbie guy, while clumsy, was clearly stressed out and was trying to push himself. Meanwhile, female waitress who also seemed new didn't seem to gather that everyone was behind at all, she sort of just drifted around and didn't seem stressed in the slightest. I remember the manager shaking cocktails and shaking hella fast and then there's just her, sorta shaking but not really putting effort into it.
That was just an anecdotal experience though, when I've worked with women in the past they've seemed fine. I had a manager who was a woman and she was always pushing us. idk.
I'm not really in a position to talk about good work ethic, I mean I had it when I needed to but in general I avoid putting myself in a position where I'm gonna have to work hard in the first place. I suck dick for a living and spend most of my time playing video games these days.
