as a former competitive athlete and Amateur powerlifter, i want to give a PSA to my fellow /pol/locks
Mobility, health, and endurance are king. The candle that burns twice as bright only lasts half as long. Sure i can deadlift 405 x10 easy but i also have early arthritis in my back and knees at 22 years old from overtraining fueled by hatred. So i am tall and strong but also have to deal with daily pain. Its been proven that "heavy" sporting activities can cause premature degeneration even in the most elite and well trained athletes (spoiler alert, you are not one of them)
I wish i could go back to being a supple 180lb teenager again, I would take up triathalons and swimming instead of niggerball, jewjitsu, and powerlifting.
you should train like a solider, If the happening starts happening you need to be supple, healthy, and mobile above anything else.
