i think the results are that there was literally no reason not to exercise while ur dieting anyway i just wanted a half assed lazy way to do it and it actually worked

another fun fact is nutrionally potato chips are quite literally the worst food to eat. high carbohydrates, no nutrional value so u'll likely be hungry again in 5 minutes.
actually satiation rate is an interesting thing too, if ur eating meat a lot u feel fuller in general for some reason
