>>11123006I've visited Latvia on several occasions and Estonia once. Estonia Is way better than both Lithuania and Latvia, and Latvia is more or less the same. Both Latvia and Lithuania are very centralized in their capitals which is rather unfortunate as the capitals get more investments while the rest of the settlements remain commieblock shitholes. This is starting to change however. The town i live in is going through a massive revitalization project right now.
