I'm happy when I'm alone sometimes, but I'm only alone when I want to be. If any of these are true:
you>Smoke weed>Eat garbage food consistently every day>get less than a few hours of sunlight every day>get less than 8 hours sleep every night>wake up after 11am>Go days without interacting with people>dont lift weights and do light cardio every day bar one break day
you have no excuse to complain and shitpost about mental health. None of these things are hard to accomplish *every day*.
