Here's what you do
avoid chemical shit and tainted food and fast food trash
make sure you do plenty of exercise in the day and get /fit/
have a diet high in protein and carbs, unless you are fat in which case lose weight.
Carbs and protein for normal people that do exercise will give you huge energy and the materials for building muscle.
Don't go full body builder, just get fit and stay fit. Don't even need a gym, at all.
avoid shitty sugar drinks like coke and pepsi and the like, drink filtered water, avoid chemical shit water like tap water which has atrazine and the like.
Food is good in moderation
cheezes, meats, breads, rices, shit like that is all good, milk etc
Doesnt matter just get a balanced diet, not shit like 5 big macs a day.
One day a week or a month or whatever have something bad for your health as a rare treat, like a cake or something.
NOT everyday, rare treat.
veggies are good, meat is good, fish and white meats especially, fruit every now and again, dont need some fancy shit, just some pears or apples or whatever local. Nuts and shit are good too, but dont eat too many, you'll get problems like cold sores.
