I see most of the content from summer 2015 is still missing (the one we lost when moe died).
I heard there was a guy who at least had saved the /vp/ threads from those 3-4 months: know something about the matter? It would be sad that we really lost those months forever, they had great threads I wanted read again.

Yeah those 2 gaps are from between archive.moe's death and 4ch.be, and between 4ch.be's death and when I picked it up

As for someone who saved the threads. I haven't heard anything of this sort. Any idea what format it was saved in or for that matter any way I could contact this individual?

So, I know the guy that saved those two months contacted the dev of fgts.jp to give him the data.
But fgts.jp never got to upload that data before the site died. I thought that archiveteam could know something about the matter and this is what I found:

Ah, those are text only by the way, so maybe some reposted images would show up but not all.

Its also likely purely HTML which is...not optimal since it means I need to come up with some creative way to get that all in to the database.

Either way, someone recently posted on archived.moe about text-only archives for every board since 2009 so I am curious if they may be the same person, but alas the only method of contact I have is simply replying to their post on archived.moe

I'll keep an eye on that, I've also poked at the owner of 4archive to see if they have data from the gaps that I could look at and maybe convert in to something for use here.

No guarantee on either though unfortunately, I so wish fgts.jp was prudent and kept backups.

It's a shame those lost months keep on being so hard to salvage. Good luck with the site, I'll keep an eye on /dev/ in case you say something about the gaps someday.

might as well be more specific, they dont work at all in my version of firefox 29 but I have mess of addons that might be interferring. works on safari.

tested and works on ff27 on my old windows laptop and I tried it with IE but it triggered the built in popup blocker. got a laugh at seeing the manufacturers default homepage.

works on android ff but brings up the built in blocker as well.

only bringing this up cause the buttons on other ℱoolz based boards work without any issue. if you need any more info let me know.
