We'll never get true branching paths until (((developers))) are comfortable with making multiple games for the price of one.
I don't think even the so called live service games will ever have those kind of game paths.>And with people calling for games to be less ambitious and shorter in order to lower prices and work load I don't think that's ever going to happen.
