looks like an aluminum framed 3x7 speed with 'grip shifts'. The negative of that bike is the front shock is a bit thin but it still does the job (looks like a zoom shock, which I have on my Diamondback sorrento).
Some people love gripshifts, some hate them as they can get gummy over time and are less easy than EZ fire shimano. They work fine though with their main negative being that if you are riding an aggressive trail you can sometimes accidentally shift because your hands rotated a bit. perfectly fine for city use.
How much they asking? That bike would be about 150-200 USD used from a bike shop here in the USA.
