Step one: becoming aware of the way bad air makes you feel

Step two: understanding the toxic nature of that air and the way it makes your mind and body feel bad

Step three: talking about it. Telling people that the air is bad. No one is talking about it.

Step Four: Make plans to fight it. Vandalize diesel-burning vehicles parked in your neighborhood. Hold your breath near buses and do not exercise or stay outdoors around high volumes of vehicle traffic.

Step 5: write your fucking politicians
