Frankly, just the existence if yelling should give anyone cause for concern but you are oblivious of the larger picture where these events are occurring after a detention based upon reasonable suspicion that a crime has been, or is about to be committed.
You have obviously overlooked the fact that that cause to cite or arrest already exists, and that if neither occurs then it is because the cop is giving these people a break. To say people are being arrested or removed from the car because they have asserted their rights is unfounded and demonstrates a lack of understanding. What you ought to be taking away from the testimony in this thread is that the best way to overcome a cop,s good will is to make his life difficult for no fucking reasson.
And before you resort to your standard playbook of personal attack without substance, you should be aware that I am the kind of guy who generally asserts his rights. I carry a gun too and in a anti-gun state, too. But im respectful and, what do you know, Ive never had a problem in my interactions with cops. Im not white.
