male 48 hour record is 473.495 km, but sure that's a different course. still what exactly does it prove that she got that time? if she can do it a couple of times in the future it proves she has a better strategy for these races than others who have entered. if she beats any running records it may prove that women can be equals to men in ultra long distance. but that's pretty far for her as it is.
