Waking up I stretched and ate, made coffee, fed my doggo. I broke down camp fairly early after sunrise. But I tell you, as amazing as the evening was, the most striking instant was when I finished packing my tent in its stuff sack and stood back up, and saw something gleaming in a dead tree trunk. Thinking it was trash, I went to grab it. Wedged in a crack was a challenge coin. The front read, "Where will you spend eternity?" and on the back, John 3:16.
It was a cheesy piece that a missionary might have, like the little comic leaflets that feature repentant sinners and whatnot. And obviously a human hand put it there. But with the amazing night after a grueling hike, an evening of meditation and prayer, and standing at that spot for the moment the sun hit it, it was extremely meaningful. I had a great rest of my day.>hurrr durrr christfag>If God is real then why does he let my fedora sit so tight huh checkmate biblethumper hahaha
You will never sway me.
