I really like the material they are made of. Great pants, but I'd like to try out their Brion style - same material but better pocket design imo.
The zion are pretty nice though, I like that they can be a sorta lounge pant as well as a pair I can wear any day. The leg roll-up buttons are sorta retarded though, and I'd definitely agree that they are often too expensive.>pic related
I like the Eddie Bauer "Guide Pro" pants as well. They are much more durable than they let on, and most of the time they can be had for 40-60% off. Don't ever buy anything from EB at full retail price, they have sales almost once a month. Almost everything from EB is shit except the flannels and these pants. I've not had a pair fail me yet and I've treated them pretty rough - that said, I've also not had a pair longer than a year just because I've been losing weight and needing to replace them.
They've also got a winter version that comes out in the season, that are just insulated with fleece - cozy as fuck, definitely worth it if you like the Guide Pro's on their own as they aren't very good in winter without some sort of base layer underneath.
