While the CL and TL are both fine cameras, you're not really getting that Leica Experience with them. No more than you would with any other standard mirrorless camera, anyway.
If you can't afford something more modern, maybe look into older M-mount digitals, like the Epson RD, the M8, or an original-sensor M9.
And to be clear, those cameras will be objectively worse than a CL or TL in just about every way, but they'll give you that rangefinder shooting experience which is what you really want if you're hoping to shoot like historical Leica shooters did. Really all the CL or TL will give you is the Leica name and a lot less money in your wallet. If you're not shelling out for an M rangefinder, I'd honestly recommend just getting something like a used Fuji X and a red sticker. Especially something like an X-Pro 2 will give you something closer to the Leica experience than a modern non-M Leica but for cheaper.
