So I went to the Amsterdamse Bos, a big-ass park south of Amsterdam which isn't quite in Amsterdam, but it's very close. Weather was great and the 400 sakuras they have there were in full bloom.
I discovered that it's very difficult to make the sakuras work in a composition as they are hella busy, It's kind of like trying to take a picture of only grass and hoping that it somehow works. I managed a couple of decent snaps through heavy editing or heavy cropping.
