>>3464668>I really cringe at people who do those 365 projects
Weird thing to cringe at, but okay.>>3464782>365 seems like the sort of thing that'd make photography a chore
For me--and, of course, everyone is different--it's never really felt like a chore. There have been a few where I totally phoned it in, but I enjoy photography so much that I legitimately want to go out and take some good pictures every day. And the more I've done it, the rarer it's become for me to totally phone it in (although it still happens, e.g. on days when it's a blizzard outside and leaving the house hurts my nipples, I'll still be like "Fuck it, picture of my cat time") just because I've gotten better at thinking of ideas of things to go take pictures of and I've gotten better at seeing photographic opportunities all around me all the time.
Plus, if you take pictures of people, then you will potentially become friends with those people and those people will invite you to events where you can take pictures and some of those pictures will be of people and you'll become friends with those people and so on and so forth in a virtuous circle and before you know it, you'll actually be a dude who has friends instead of a basement-dwelling 4chan troll.
