Late entry plus Critiques:>>3464892
Not terrible. Would've been cooler if you'd gotten a centered composition with an arrow on either side, I think. You'd have to run out into traffic, but such is the price we pay for art.>>3465242
I think the dutch angle works well with how frantic the running pictogram works. When I look at this shot, I hear the beat drop in my head like shit's about to go down.>>3465980
I think I'd prefer this one if it were a more straight-on composition so the square looked square. I like the well-worn look of the arrow with all of the stickers and stuff around it. And, honestly, I'm always just thrilled when you post something and nothing has to die for it.>>3466960>>3466996
I don't think these are really real entries, but as I mentioned, you guys *do* have the most arrows per photo with these shots, so that deserves an honorable mention.>>3467247
Okay, so, this is going to sound like suuuuper sour grapes because you criticized my shots along with everyone else's, but this is just shitty. Like, yes, you set up an arrow shot instead of just finding one out in the world, but... so? It's an arrow made out of beans pointing at coffee beans. What are you trying to say besides "Here's some coffee. And I needed an arrow to meet the week's theme, so down at the bottom out of focus there's an arrow." Without the arrow, it's a boring picture of some coffee beans. With the arrow, it's a *confusing* and boring picture of some coffee beans. And you really think this is vastly better than anyone else's in the thread? Troll-post-ac-responds.jpg.>>3467599
I like the rhythm of this with the low phone and the high phone and the sign in between, and I think the square crop works well with it. My main suggestion would be to bring up the white point so it's higher contrast and doesn't look so overall gray, but that's just a personal preference. This is my favorite in the thread that I didn't take.
