First of all, I don't mind heavy processing. This kind of photo is not meant to be natural so I don't fear moving the sliders all the way up in RawTherapee.
Also, most (all?) of them are done only with post-processing with RawTherapee, no editing in Photoshop involved.
I find my inspiration in boring stuff when i'm bored.
