Curiosity got the better of me and I tried to estimate how much wood you'll need. At minimum I got around $2000 for beams, plywood, and decking, but it could be closer to $3000 if you don't want it to blow down in the wind, but a cement floor would cut decking costs. Then you still have paint, roof shingles, and accessories to deal with. My math skills are shit but you could need around $4000 for a 16'x16' shed, maybe $5000 with windows and air conditioning. Maybe some other anon that knows what they're talking about can hopefully explain why I'm wrong because I did not know lumber was so expensive.
Anyways though to not get too distracted, I would put in rooftop light tubes to get natural light without the heat, and an air conditioner because sheds get hot, and camera flashes and lamps will make it hotter. Take advantage of the sun for light but keep the heat out. I would paint the whole interior a matte white so it is bright but not too reflective.
