Is the lightmeter always skew to a low-exposure?

I don't think they look dirty desu, but they do look underexposed by maybe 2/3 of a stop. Consider indexing 2/3 stop higher than box speed or shoot a roll using an external meter and compare with a roll shot with the internal meter. Very comfy pics btw, especially #2.
