You need a weighted blanket. You're always needing to move because your body seeks constant stimulation to cope with your fucked up sensory stimuli system. But you can never get enough. Shit like this helps but its just a bandaid. You need to get a big assed 20 to 30 pound weighted blanket and wrap yourself up in it and your fidgeting and anxiety will go down a lot.
Also unironically join the gym and or take long car rides but not everyone can do that
