it'd be so easy to balance (lower cc goes first, no cosmetics in ungeared, MMR/cc tiers so you don't fight teams 50k cc higher than you)

If you do well enough in ungeared pvp you can save enough gems for 3~4 multisMost of the banners are a skip. As f2p I'm only saving for fes banners. For global it has been harder to save because they rush banners and not content, but it's still doable. I have been saving since g-liz banner and I will have enough gems for a rotation on The One and AM. I'll admit I had to skip the archangels banner and planned to hopefully get them in the AM banner (and netmarble nearly ruined my plans, thank god for the boycott).
There's a chance things might get slightly better because of the boycott (though they still rushed the one 2 weeks earlier the fuckers).
