If you have other strong ST instakill styles like Death or Rei you probably don't really need her, as I see it she's in a good position in terms of utililties and can fit in multiple slots of different formation, you can stick her in a INT slot if you want to focus on instakills and paralysis or a DEX slot if you want DPS, she performs well in either and that's a major plus.
Granted that GL has entered the caster meta since a while now so technically she won't really be able to compete with a proper caster team, but she's not a bad style at all, as always, you have to consider who you have in the first place and then think about what you need, she's outclassed in every single niche she tries to cover by focused styles, but at the same time none of those focused styles can cover all the niches she offers at once like she does.
Aven GL Battle of Fate Rouge has a hard time because he can't exactly mass paralyze and mass pierce, and that's the closest style GL has in terms of covering Award Claudia's niches, sure, Hannibal has much better pierce ST DPS, Cody has better AoE pierce and Rei or Death have much more reliable instakills, but Award Claudia offers decent performance in all of those things in a single style.
