you'll need to give more info than that if you want help. how is it blurry? the render, the text, is there dithering, artifacting? you are also using jpg which can introduce the most problems for images and is usually where I see the problem stem from. save it in png-24 for one of the better formats that creates a much bigger file size but is lossless. jpg is not inherently bad but I will never personally save a file in jpg, only use it to optimize an image for posting online if I absolutely must (put I'd used png8 almost every time instead)
looking at your WP you could easily get away with png8, but I'd always opt for 24 if you can because it allows a much larger color palette to cover all hues/shades.
also since you say your native resolution is 1080, is your monitor actually 1080p or is it larger and you are just setting it to 1080? if the latter that is your problem right there. just setting a resolution to 1080 doesn't magically remove the other couple million pixels, it just treats the monitor as 1080 and stretches all the images. on that topic, it could also be something in you GPU settings potentially. tons of possible problems, need more info to track it down
