I love this progress! (I got home again late again, sorry, I work during daytime, and I notice you usually do work in the mornings, which is good, cause I'll bump the thread in the morning before I leave for work)
For the top banner, make the lips a bit smaller so they all fit and if you can, add the cheek curves to the side of the lips. Make the blue wave a little taller at the peaks.
I love the way you did the door hinges and door handle. Either make the door frame a little narrower so the door handle fits within the frame, or make the door handle narrower so it fits within the frame, rather than the left bit of the handle sticking out. Same with the top of the white door, I think the brown wood should be on top, so make the top edge of the white door a little bit lower so it meets the corner of the sides.
I know it's stupid, but can you draw the little smile boxes/prisms/balls and the showcase shelf platform? Just do a very simple job with the geometries and don't overthink it, as long as the lines are straight, that's the whole goal, and just copypaste the same closed lips and same open lips on the sides to where they belong. Do some narrow lines on the sides of the white platform walls. I trust you with this.
For the right smile painting frame, add some narrow lines within the border of the picture frame.
The left frame you can make into an equal size thickness for the border, but I appreciate the detail, and just draw the open lips smile inside.
The curtain is kinda stupid too, but draw it anyway with equally spaced 8 rings for the left side and 8 equally spaced shower curtain rings again for the right side.
