Sure, but that could be said about anything. A straight guy who has sex with a lot of women is commonly considered a chad, but his chances of an STD would be higher also. At one end of the spectrum you've got virgin incel neckbears and at the other you've got chads. As far as the LGBT community is concerned, sexuality tends to be the biggest part of the lives of the people who are most directly impacted by it. Camp gays didn't choose to be like that, that's just how they always were. Trans people also have some obvious hurdles to overcome.
