1. Ventilate your room.
2. Drink extra lot of water, bonus points if you gonna pee right after that.
3. Fix your bed and sheets a bit - "As you make your bed so you must lie on it."
4. Wash your face and eyes.
5. Try going to sleep little bit hungry / not with full stomach.
6. When in darkness and falling asleep, try blinking fast for half a minute or so while focusing your eyes on the ceiling.
