I feel like being a baker is most comfy job you can get in culinary path. From my knowledge, they mostly work like 5 hours a day, have to wake up early, do few hours of job and either go home or bake till 10-11 AM.
And if you are good at it and opened your own business, you will never fail. All of the small local bakeries I know around where I live have PERMANENT queues and fucking drożdżówki for SIX TO EIGHT PLN like what the fuck, I bought one of their chałka for 10 pln and it was heavy af and nearly as good or better than a homemade.. so yeah, shits lit. Bake few dozen of them with your fancy machines, show the process to the onlookers so that it looks eco friendly and shiet, ask them to pay 500% margin price, get praised by locals, get fit by kneading dough whenever machines break, work literally 5 hours a day, 9 AM - 2 PM or 7:30 - 13:00 plus like half an hour to clean everything up, get money, hire some workers, quadruple your production and later just come over once per week to check if everything is okay and if they aren't slacking.
I might've went too far with my day dreaming..
