If you want to get well quick,
do enough chores around the house to work up a sweat.
Also take a hot shower or bath.
Make it hot enough to sweat.
Also you need to flush your body,
so eat a lot of soup, and add a bunch of veggies, seasonings and/or hot sauce to it.
Coffee also helps calm down the shaking and maybe some other stuff.
