I do cardio by running a treadmil - in a month I managed to up my game from 9.5 km/h for just above one km to 4 km/h on a steady pace 10.5 km/h with max. of 12.5 or sometimes just 11.5 km/h.
Overall with all breaks (2 - 4 in general when I slow down to 5.5 - 6.5) I have a medium speed of 9.7 - 10.4 km/h. No elevation, flat run.
But recently I have been having troubles going even over 2 km.
Might be because recently I have been tiring myself because of helping grandparents with some running here and there or with dragging tires from some godforgotten basement and changing battery in a car, so dunno.
I just tire myself extra easily.
I'm worried how I will manage to do workouts with school on my back plus when weather gonna get colder - gotta start taking showers inside gym instead of walking it till home and jumping into pajamas after shower.
