You don't get to decide what is or isn't okay. But if you think the answer to that question is right up your alley -- that is, whether you are willing to tolerate people being who they are, how they feel, who they love and how they dress -- then you can be gay just fine.
(As for who you'd like to be if you were a bisexual? Take it from me: The answer is not "The Boyfriend.")
But if you aren't sure what to love, then you need help.
You need a lot more love. You need to know how to make that love you want to have -- and love that doesn't always have to be in monogamous, monogamous marriages.
You're not being a "real" lesbian, if you love people who are attracted to other people. That is not a choice -- that is biology.
You love women, and men, and bisexual, straight, bi-curious, pan-curious. And you need them all.
