Shit is fucking easy. Starve for 18 hours, eat in a small 8 hour window then fast again. If you work out at the gym, this shit works best too.
Your diet should only be high fat, medium protein, some veggies. No carbs meaning no bread, no rice, no pasta, no potatoes, no carrots, no fruits. Just high fat. Bacon eggs are the best for your diet. No soda, no sugar free soda because they contain some shit that will fuck up your metabolism.
