I have a 2019 Cross Race SL, which is quite similar in terms of geometry, spec and price.
The cons: Cube's wheelset is complete shit, the bearings on the back hub failed after less than 1500km (I'm quite fat, so yours might last longer). Also, some corners were cut and the build quality was a bit shoddy: Bottom of the barrel bar tape, wrapped by a moron on his first day at work; had to replace it immediately. Shift cables are cut a bit too short so you can't fully turn the bars all the way until they make contact with the top tube, but that's only an issue if I want to load the bike into my car. Which I did when first picking the bike up, so the rear derailleur went out of adjustment. Finally, it has a pressfit BB, which might (or might not) cause trouble later on. Mine is holding up well until now, though.
Factoring in the additional 300 or so Euros I spent for a nicer wheelset and the constant paranoia about the pressfit BB, I would rather buy something different next time. Now after some upgrades it's really a good bike btw, so all in all I'm still happy.
If you're looking for built-in lights, rack and fenders, maybe check out the Bulls "Daily Grinder 3" (lol). Bulls' generic wheelset might be just as shitty as Cube's, though, so take this with a grain of salt. Other suggestions: Focus Atlas 6.7 EQP, which seems to have a better wheelset but is only GRX 400.
