Absolutely fantastic. I make several at a time and keep them in the pantry. The dry ingredients have a great shelf life. The cheese can be omitted if it’s not going to hold up due to heat. You could also use tortillas instead of corn chips, though I prefer it more soupy than thick.
Definitely worth trying out.
