I mean, "impressive" is subjective, of course, but if you're unaware, you should probably know that they have a history of impressing folks. I remember the threads when they first burst onto the scene in like 2012. Everyone was in love with them. They were doing incredibly impressive shit with Riobot, and while Rio:bone was plagued with issues, it still brought some pretty nice figures of characters that had either never been made before, or never done justice before, like Nono, Canti, Panty & Stocking, etc. Their Gurren Lagann was a legitimate gamechanger, it was buzzed about constantly on /toy/ for months, if not years.
Price creep and the gleeful decadence of a worldwide surge in the popularity of anime must certainly be considered when looking at Sentinel's current prices, but don't forget where they came from either. They built their reputation brick by brick with some of the most innovative engineering and incredible production value in the game at the time.
