I think the point made here is that the people are here just for collabs and leave right after, which implies that D4DJ does nowhere near enough to retain its playerbase, which contributes a lot to a game's longevity. I think [email protected]
SideM Live on Stage died because of this? At the very least, what I'm getting is that this model of limiteds galore + constant collabs is a model that's not sustainable in the long run.
As for the dead horse, well, it's obvious D4DJ bit off way more than it could chew. At the very least, it shouldn't have added any songs it couldn't get licensing for EN. Classic case of putting the cart before the horse. People are naturally mad about it. This "too many songs" complaint is not without reason, but only for this specific context.
