Not like you're missing much. Three gold tiles is what you can get from buying in Sanae's shop with the money of one's day offertory box.>>525372
It's more about the amount of damage she can deal without breaking thanks to the poison status. In the first victory she whittles down a lonely Patche with 'only' 210000 HP, which was the result of two battles of setup; Suika, three cards of Reimu, (my) Patche and Ran to break and obliterate Koakuma first, then another battle with star element characters (Marisa, Star, and Sanae) to break Patchouli and then use Cirno's yin cards (messed up and couldn't even get her LW in), Ran's fourth card and a bit of Luna Child with her YIN boost skill to weaken and put a dent on the stocky book lady. That still leaves her alive with the aforementioned HP, and without breaking I would probably need to throw the rest of my 20 friends under lvl 100 to get rid of those measly 210000 HP and still pray.
In the second one I use her two remaining cards, the LW and the poison skills her to proper break both Koa and the mage, along with Reimu's remaining sun card (Koa's remaining barrier as well as bonus setup) and her LW, and Ran's LW to finish them in three turns with two normal spell cards per chara and the LW. Wanted to weaken them a bit before heal but it was a busy day. Just wish I had another another fire character so I could work a third win per day. Maybe Tewi's sun element and fire/poison access can help but I didn't level her enough yet. Also I didn't use Lily when I did so on my first win. I'm tired from sprinting to the 30 floor.
But yeah, normally you bring her as a trump card in a floor which you can't properly break or too annoying to setup and that's it, since her damage output is low and usually it's not worth it to protect her while she poisons instead of rush breaking with other characters or memestalling. Having three-four strong damage dealers after breaking with teamwork is important, or good tanks and healers.
