happy birthday, don't waste your 20s like i did. don't drink, don't drugs, stop jackin it, read books, exercise, force yourself to like vegetables. learn to meditate but no tricks just mindfulness and directed attention (the mind illuminated is good for that)
the things you should do will become the things you wish you did much sooner than you think.
good luck, there is goodness out there but it wont come to you, you have to take it.
